This ‘object of the month’ is a piece made during one of the workshops led by Studio Abi with a class of children at CP level (aged 6 to 7 years old) in the Paris region of France. The workshop took place in June 2020, a long time after the seasonal festivities of December and January; this suggests that the attraction to sequins we see here is not linked to a season, a fashion, or even to a gender.
